Don’t let the name intimidate you! Our Bootcamp is a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) class that is suitable for all fitness levels. Morgan is a Certified Athletic Trainer who is able to modify and adjust most exercises to make this class a challenging yet enjoyable experience for everyone. She specializes in mobility and movement techniques, Injury prevention, and Rehab, so we are proud to have her as our Bootcamp Instructor and the one-on-one trainer at Forever Fitness 24.
